RECONSTRUCTION OF MRAMORSKI POTOK ROAD

President of Palilula Municipality Boban Dzunic with his associates visited Marmorski Potok where the works on the reconstruction and paving of the road of the second rang that leads to Aleksandrovo (border of Merosina Municipality) up to Mramorski Potok started. Locals say that the solving of this problem means a lot to them since at last they will get the adapted traffic road that leads to the center of the settlement.

There are 400 people living there, so the new road will make easier everyday life. This road connects us with the city and Merosina Municipality and also Prokuplje. It will reduce our road length for everyday transfer of agricultural products to market places. says Dragoslav Stamenkovic from the Council of the citizens of this settlement. He thanked the authorities of Palilula, specially president Dzunic, who provided that after seven years of postponing finally this activity will be put in progress. The works on the reconstruction and paving of the road in Mramorski Potok are planned with the Programme of maintanance of communal infrastructure of public properties of urban and rural areas for this year - periodically maintenance of rural areas. Reconstruction of 1850 meters of the road, width of about five meters should be completed in a week. Performer of the works is `ABM Putogradnja` and supervision is done by JP Directorate for city construction, City of Nis.

According to the words of Palilula Municipality Boban Dzunick, the value of the works is about 10 million RSD. President Dzunic announced some new works both in rural and urban areas of municipality of Palilula. For periodically maintenance, i.e. reconstruction of the streets in the city territory and rural areas from the city budget for this and next year, according to the information from JP Directorate for city construction, will be allocated about 190 million dinars.
